The following policy applies exclusively to approved wholesale accounts and trade partners of Jaipur Jewelry. All wholesale transactions are governed by the terms outlined below and are subject to the signed Wholesale Agreement between Jaipur Jewelry and the respective partner.
Returns & Exchanges — Wholesale Terms
Jaipur Jewelry maintains strict quality control across all wholesale shipments. Returns and exchanges for wholesale orders are governed by the following conditions:
- Wholesale orders are considered final sale unless a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is documented at the time of receipt.
- Claims for defective or damaged goods must be submitted in writing to service@jaipurjewelry.us within 72 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence and the original packing slip.
- Approved returns will be issued as store credit or replacement merchandise only. Cash refunds are not available on wholesale orders.
- Items returned without prior written authorisation (RMA) will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the partner's expense.
- Custom, engraved, or made-to-order wholesale pieces are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances.
- A minimum restocking fee of 15% applies to any approved discretionary returns, subject to management review.
Shipping & Freight — Wholesale Orders
All wholesale shipments are dispatched via fully insured, tracked freight or courier services. Shipping terms are determined by order volume and destination.
- Domestic (USA): Complimentary insured ground shipping on orders above $2,500 USD. Orders below this threshold are subject to a flat freight fee, quoted at checkout.
- International Wholesale: All international B2B shipments are dispatched on EXW (Ex Works) or FOB terms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Freight, insurance, and customs clearance are the responsibility of the wholesale partner.
- Wholesale orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Large volume or made-to-order collections may require extended lead times, confirmed at the time of order placement.
- All shipments require an authorised signature upon delivery. Jaipur Jewelry is not liable for losses occurring after confirmed delivery.
- Split shipments may be arranged for large orders upon mutual agreement.
Duties, Taxes & Import Compliance
For all international wholesale shipments, import duties, tariffs, VAT, and customs brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the wholesale partner. Jaipur Jewelry will provide accurate commercial invoices and HS codes to facilitate customs clearance. Partners are advised to consult their freight forwarder or customs broker prior to placing cross-border orders.
Order Minimums & Lead Times
- Minimum opening order: $1000 USD
- Made-to-order and bespoke wholesale collections: lead time of 4–8 weeks, confirmed in writing at order placement.
- Seasonal collection pre-orders must be placed a minimum of 6 weeks prior to the required delivery date.
